I took a course at university for one semester; now I can draw at an intermediate level, and I want to improve further
To improve one’s CAD drawing skills, the best approach is to practice more by working on drawings that are somewhat challenging; as you draw more, your skills will naturally improve. There’s no need to stick rigidly to textbooks – it’s just like when you first learned *Microsoft Office: if you don’t use it in practice, even reading the books thoroughly won’t be of any use
Tsinghua University has a good textbook, but a good textbook is only a supplementary tool; what’s most important is practice.
