How can ASPEN change apparent components to true components?

Could someone please give some advice? How can ASPEN change the apparent components to actual components? Thank you in advance! The problem is this: when defining the composition in an electrolyte system, I choose apparent components; yet whenever I try to use a different equation of state, I keep getting prompts telling me to select the actual components.
For electrolyte simulation, after entering the apparent components, it is highly recommended to use the elec wizard function built into AspenPlus (Components -> Selection -> Elec Wizard) to define the actual components, rather than entering the electrolyte equations manually. Also, on the properties->global page, there is an option called use true-components; make sure a checkmark is placed next to it.
