New member seeking help: Scale issue for maps in the same area?

Section 2.1 of HG20549 stipulates that: 2.1.1 Plans for the same area should use the same sheet size; 2.1.2 Floor plans for the same area or for different levels should use the same scale. I have one large tank for which a A1 1:150 scale plan is required, and there are two smaller tanks for which an A1 1:30 scale plan is desired. Is this feasible? Should it be plotted on the same graph and then zoomed in locally? If they are on the same drawing, the pipe openings on the small containers cannot be seen clearly.
If it is a equipment drawing, different scales can be used. In the case of equipment layout drawings, one scale is generally used, as these drawings show detailed positions and elevations of the equipment. For other elements such as pipe ends, it is sufficient to indicate their general location; a separate diagram showing the exact positions of these pipe ends can be provided, or they can be described in detail on the equipment drawings. It is not necessary to show all pipe ends on the equipment layout drawings.
