Which school has a stronger ASPEN program?

The Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University is quite strong; although it is slightly inferior to East China University of Science and Technology and Tianjin University, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. I know that Tsinghua University has purchased ASPEN2006 and uses it effectively. One of my classmates at Tsinghua uses it very well.
