How should pneumatic valves be maintained and serviced on a regular basis?
Keep the air supply clean, free of dust and oil. Since import valve positioners have high requirements regarding the quality of the air, a proper air filter and pressure regulator (such as SMC) is necessary. Otherwise, it can lead to blockages in the positioner’s air circuit and malfunction of the control valve.
1. Maintain the quality of the gas supply. 2. The air pressure is stable with minimal fluctuations. 3. Keep the valve body clean, especially the moving parts. 4. There are no corrosive gases in the surroundings.
