In our plant, the pipeline corridors are quite long – exceeding 100 meters – and there are no maintenance ladders installed along them. Is this in compliance with regulatory requirements? Pipeline maintenance will be very difficult in such cases, as using movable ladders is inconvenient; therefore, it is necessary to install maintenance ladders at appropriate intervals along the corridors.
Inspection ladders should be reasonably installed on the pipe rack at distances greater than 2m
