Currently, all parameters of the gasification furnace are within normal ranges; the combustible content in the slag is around 10%, which indicates that the atomization condition of the burners is normal. There are no deviations in the wall temperature of the gasification furnace, suggesting that the atomization nozzles are not misaligned. The cooling water for the burners is functioning properly, indicating that the cooling water coils are not damaged.
Personally, I think the long time it takes is largely related to stress! Luhua has low pressure, so it can be used for a longer time! This should also be an important factor!
