Today, I found that the reasons for temperature splitting are roughly as follows: 1. Uneven catalyst loading, which results in excessive bed resistance and gas shunting; 2. Inadequate heating and reduction, leading to uneven reactions; 3. Short circuits in the cold pipes

The cut-off valve for the circulating gas in the cycle compressor failed to close properly in a timely manner, resulting in a sharp drop in pressure in the synthesis tower. The catalyst moved up and down, and the high level of carbon dioxide at the inlet caused branching in our bed layer.
