Where is diesel for the -30 needed? Under normal conditions, the freezing point of catalyzed diesel can be as low as -10 degrees. If such diesel is produced, it will inevitably lower the dry point of gasoline and diesel; some components with temperatures below 350 degrees will end up in the reprocessing tanks, requiring an increase in the amount of material to be reprocessed, which is not economical. Add another diesel extraction port at the bottom to draw out some of the diesel. It is equivalent to extracting two types of diesel in the fractionation tower. In such cases, the fractionation tower must be equipped with a lower heavy diesel extraction unit, which is generally provided. Additionally, the temperature of the diesel extracted from the other tank should be reduced, while heat extraction from the middle section should be increased. Heat extraction from the top loop and cold return is reduced. If the light diesel extraction port is a tray, pay attention to liquid leakage from the tray.
