Who are the two parties that sign a third-party testing contract for general containers? Owner–third party or Contractor–third party
This is a contract signed between the container manufacturing company (the contractor) and a third party; when the owner conducts the inspection, they only need to acknowledge the signature or seal of the third party.
Our (owners’) approach is to sign a contract directly with the supervision party, requiring the manufacturing factory to provide the necessary conditions. The manufacturer enters into contracts with third parties; it’s ridiculous not to know who the third party is supposed to be accountable to.
It should be the customer (not necessarily the owner) who enters into a testing contract with a third party; this third party acts on behalf of the customer to oversee the manufacturing quality of the equipment and is accountable to the customer.
It seems to be the contractor and a third-party inspection, as the client requires proof of a third-party inspection
It can only achieve effective supervision and inspection when signed by the owner and the inspection party
Of course, it is signed by the Party A (the developer) and a third party!
