Suggestions for creating a group

I just saw an explanation on the tutorial section about how to create a QQ group, but I’m unable to reply. Three pigeon groups are now full; the newly created groups are mainly professional in nature. Could groups be established according to the levels of super moderators, with links created between these groups?
QQ groups pose some negative factors for the development of forums; it is not recommended to expand their use excessively. As the number of active users on the forums increases, expansion can be carried out step by step – another expansion can be done in March.
