Why is the flow meter on the newly installed nozzle showing incorrect readings?
I agree with the view from the second floor; a nozzle is essentially a relatively simple flow meter, although its calculation can be complex. In addition to the above considerations, it is also necessary to check whether the signal from the transmitter is normal and whether the associated components are functioning properly.

The front straight pipe section is approximately 1.2 meters long, with a pipe diameter of around 10 centimeters. The medium used is desalinated water, and the temperature is around 100 degrees. The installation is vertical, as required by the technical specifications; the pressure tapping pipes are arranged parallel to each other, one above the other

When installing vertically, it is important to ensure that after the pressure tapping pipes are led out parallel to each other, the pressure tapping pipes located below need to be redirected so as to be on the same horizontal level as those above. Otherwise, the additional errors in these pressure tapping pipes will cancel out the differential pressure, resulting in either no flow measurement or inaccurate flow readings. From experience, do not use stop valves for exports; instead, use straight-through ball valves
The lower pressure tap is aligned with the upper pressure tap. What I would like to ask is: are the upper and lower pressure taps divided into high-pressure and low-pressure sides?
It is necessary to consider whether the differential pressure calculated for the nozzle matches that of the selected differential pressure transmitter.
The problem could also lie with the transmitter; it is recommended to retest the transmitter under pressure to determine whether there is a fault with it. Then, check the cable grounding and shielding as well.
