Reply with “Containers that have held flammable and explosive materials will not burn.” If they have been properly cleaned through displacement, why shouldn’t they be able to burn?
Articles 2 through 10 can be summarized in one sentence: No welding work shall be carried out without proper approval procedures! Because a comprehensive hot work management procedure should include these aspects!
