I would like to ask the members of this forum who are familiar with XDJM: does anyone know how to calculate the cost of phosphate ammonium fertilizers (including monoammonium and diammonium types)? If anyone knows, please let me know. Thank you! They say that the nutrient content should be around 50 these days – is that really that high?

Cost calculation for the production of 55% ammonium phosphate per ton: To produce one ton of ammonium phosphate, the following is required: 1.65 tons of phosphate rock (with P2O5 content >30%) × 400 yuan/ton = 660 yuan; 1.35 tons of sulfuric acid (98%) × 700 yuan/ton = 945 yuan; 0.136 tons of synthetic ammonia × 1800 yuan/ton = 244.8 yuan. Steam costs 100 yuan per ton, and electricity at around 150 degrees costs 150 yuan. Labor, safety, environmental protection, depreciation, and sales expenses amount to around 100 yuan. Cost components: As of August 22, 2008, the actual costs per unit include the following – raw materials: phosphate rock powder at 1.760, with a cost of 435.00 and a unit cost of 765.60; sulfuric acid at 1.355, with a cost of 1194.20 and a unit cost of 1618.14; liquid ammonia at 0.1350, with a cost of 3290.58 and a unit cost of 444.23; water at 16.00, with a cost of 0.25 and a unit cost of 4.00; steam at 0.96, with a cost of 28.00 and a unit cost of 26.88; fuel at 0.030, with a cost of 880.00 and a unit cost of 26.40; power at 93.00, with a cost of 0.35 and a unit cost of 32.55. Packaging line costs amount to 20 times 1.34; coagulants cost 0.78; packaging materials cost 20.00 times 1.82, resulting in a unit cost of 36.40. Labor costs are 8.50, plus benefits expenses of 1.06 and employee pension costs of 0.78. Manufacturing costs include depreciation expenses of 20.61, maintenance costs of 5.00, major repair costs of 2.00, packaging costs of 3.58, and loader costs of 5.08. The total cost is 3002.93
