[Suggestion] Standardize the topic names for resource posts

Many resource posts have titles that do not match the names of their attachments, which prevents later users from finding them; as a result, duplicate posts are uploaded. This not only demotivates those who upload content but also wastes forum space and the moderators’ time. For such resource posts, moderators should have the authority to deduct points; those who deserve awards should receive them, and those who deserve punishment should be punished accordingly. Team members who post content should set a good example!
There have long been rules for this forum; it’s mainly that some administrators do not enforce them strictly enough. Keyword search is the lifeblood of forums.
