Task Definition: Depending on the scale of the project and the requirements for control, the Work Breakdown Structure method is used to break down project activities and define tasks. IV. Calculation of workload: Determine the workload for each task or activity in the project based on the definition of the tasks or activities, the design documents, and relevant calculation rules. V. Determine the implementation plan and allocate resources. VI. Establish the sequence of various tasks or activities (logical relationships). VII. Determine the duration of each task or activity. VIII. Prepare the project schedule. Based on the logical relationships between tasks and activities as well as their estimated durations, a preliminary project schedule is prepared in the form of a network diagram or Gantt chart; thereafter, optimization methods related to time, cost, and resources are used to refine this schedule, resulting in the final project schedule.
