I work in construction project management and chemical installation; I’ve been in this field for over 10 years. Currently, I am responsible for overseeing the construction of projects. I’ve only been on this forum for a little over half a year, and I must say that I’ve learned a lot. However, it seems that the section dedicated to construction technology & project management isn’t as active as other sections. I’m really worried that if it becomes a ST section, things will get bad! Given that construction managers are often on business trips and thus have more time at night, I suggest that the team leader create an online communication platform for our rather specialized field (working on site is tough; why not use this time to improve one’s skills?) ), one night per week (month) can be set aside (which can be determined through discussion among everyone), allowing professionals in the industry to communicate more directly and work together to make progress. We hope everyone will share their opinions to make the area dedicated to construction technology & project management a vibrant space, and to also provide feedback on issues and insights from work to stages such as design and manufacturing, thus contributing to the Haichuan Chemicals Forum! The original poster makes a valid point; the moderators can give it a try. Under their supervision, they can choose a topic, set a time for the discussion, and see how many people will participate, including those who don’t speak but are still members of the community. After the event, they can seek the members’ opinions on whether to hold such events again Is it still needs improvement? Listen to the members' opinions. ——Strive to make the Construction Technology & Project Management discussion area a top-tier section of the Haichuan Forum! Too many people cause chaos; too many dragons lead to drought. I think the current arrangement is fine – with different specialties and sections, people can communicate where they are interested, and come by whenever they have time. If we follow the poster’s suggestion, we could have a specific topic or subject each week, with the poster announcing the topic in advance so that those interested can show up on time; that might also work well.
