This plan is merely a proposal; whether it will be implemented will depend on the results of everyone’s voting. A survey of over 100 people has been conducted. This is the revised plan: the points for third graders are reduced from 50 to 30, and those for fourth graders are reduced from 100 to 80. The purpose of this is to lower the difficulty level when moving from the second grade to the third grade. Since there is relatively ample information available, it’s not easy to advance by sharing that information; instead, progress is made through participation in discussions, at a steady but slow pace.Reading privileges and points:

It’s not really necessary; most restrictions on forum resources apply to students in the second grade. There are very few restrictions for those in the third grade, and almost none for students above that grade. Upgrading is merely for aesthetic reasons. Unless the forum’s resources are reorganized to raise the level of these restrictions. Also, with that change, the gap between the scores for fourth graders at Haichuan Primary School – 40-80 (originally 100) – and fifth graders – 50-150 – would become too large. I don’t think the level system is that important; ordinary materials require only level 2. If a reading permission of 50 is set, it’s not easy to reach that level either.
