Why is HART375 showing a blank screen?

Our unit has a HART375 communicator, and for some reason it suddenly showed a blank screen during use; restarting it didn’t help either. Does anyone with expertise know what’s going on? Looking forward to an answer!
375 is a manual communicator that can communicate with devices using the HART protocol or FF bus. It’s not just the HART protocol; the 275 is merely a manual communicator for the HART protocol. The battery can be removed and then reinserted. Or replace it with a fully charged battery. Another possibility is that you have clicked too many times, resulting in a slow response time.
If it hasn’t been dropped or exposed to water, then the most likely issue is the battery; try replacing the battery or the charger

It’s best to take it apart and check whether there is an input signal to the LCD screen; if not, there is a problem with the output circuit, while if there is a signal, then there is a fault in the input connection wires of the LCD screen.
In addition to the methods mentioned above, one should first start by checking the power source – see if the battery is delivering power, and also check whether there are any issues with the output from the battery panel. I once encountered a situation where the battery connections were poor; after fixing that issue, everything worked fine again. It’s just that one wire isn’t making proper contact
I have encountered this situation as well. The solution was to send the HATR back to Shanghai to have a new integrated chip installed, and that fixed it. If you open the back cover, you will find an SM card; that’s the integrated chip.
