The mechanical seals (moving parts) made of aluminum alloy in the enamel-lined reaction vessels of our company tend to wear out frequently. What are the possible reasons for this? The reaction vessels are installed correctly, without any deviations.
If you say that the installation is fine, then it’s caused by an unbalanced rotation of the impeller. I’m not sure what medium is being used; is it steam or something similar? Also, are there any inlets and outlets right at the location of the impeller?
