Victory Design Institute works well; its performance is good
Are there any national standards for submarine pipelines? I saw the standards of DNV on this forum.
CNOOC Engineering is the No. 1 in offshore pipelines in China.
CNOOC Beijing Research Center is also very good
The design of offshore marine platforms should be excellent; I wonder what about the pipelines underwater! As for oil pipelines, I’m not sure how PetroChina Pipeline Engineering Company is!

I’ve been in contact with some design firms, and their materials are all from foreigners; there isn’t yet any company in China that claims to be able to design submarine pipelines on its own.
CSSC Guangzhou Ship and Ocean Engineering Design and Research has carried out design work, and its services have been recognized by DNV and CCS. The company’s technical capabilities stem from Guangzhou NPC Offshore Engineering Company, which was established in the 1980s as a joint venture with a Norwegian offshore oil consulting firm, and have been developed through the adoption of foreign technologies.
