Does anyone know which company’s products are used for the black water regulating valve and gray water regulating valve used in domestic coal-water slurry gasification equipment? Is there anything that can be produced domestically? What is the usage situation of each company? Thanks! :)
There are 2 domestic ones, but few overseas ones.
You can use eccentric or v-ball ones, which are both good. Large domestic valve factories should have them! In fact, it ultimately depends on the owner’s wishes!
The black water and gray water regulating valves on the coal-water slurry gasification device are mainly due to severe erosion, especially in the black water and gray water treatment sections. The domestically produced ones in Shanghai Datong are currently doing pretty well, mainly referring to the angle valves (plunger valves). Its valve core and valve seat are both treated with tungsten carbide. However, during operation, the valve head is prone to scaling and must be polished regularly (the same applies to process pipelines), otherwise it is easy to get stuck. For other valves, just choose V-shaped ball valves and eccentric rotary valves. Pay attention to the material requirements as well.

The Hand angle black water regulating valve is specially developed and manufactured for the harsh working conditions of the coal chemical industry. It can withstand high-intensity erosion and corrosion, and is suitable for high-pressure differential systems. It is used in the gasification and slag water treatment sections of the coal chemical process to control the liquid level of the gasifier and carbon washing tower, and perform multi-stage flash evaporation of the discharged black water to recover gray water and heat.
