Dear students: I work in project management at a first-class design institute, which is not part of the SEI network of large institutions. For external recruitment, hiring some recently graduated students and training the best among them – is that okay?
It is possible to form a consortium with qualified and capable enterprises to jointly complete project tasks.
Outsourcing or sub-contracting is an emerging trend. If your organization masters the key technologies, it can outsource the routine and repetitive design work. We are now willing to take on contracts for end-to-end services, completing whatever we can handle ourselves, while assigning some on-site design tasks to others in order to ensure quality control.
