I’ve encountered situations where the supervisor had absolutely no sense of responsibility. Although he has a high level of education, a controller who lacks a sense of responsibility is definitely a nightmare for a class. Lack of familiarity with processes can be taught, but how can one teach a sense of responsibility?

I am currently a control operator................. Actually, there’s nothing difficult about DCS. First of all, to be able to operate it proficiently, one needs to be familiar with the processes on site............(I am familiar with our entire acetylene system; I know the location of each valve, what type of valve it is, its size, and so on...) I think whether it’s operating on-site or using a computer, this is the most important thing. Secondly, whether it is a microcomputer or the field, a person’s sense of responsibility is extremely important. ............................. As for that operation, as long as you’re not too incompetent, it should take about 2-3 days to complete it. With these two things in place, you should basically not have any problems. .
