Colleagues, I would like to know which design manufacturer has a higher market share in DCS control systems within China’s chemical industry at present Everyone is needed to provide more information; thanks. Points will be given for that. This post was last edited by jyw819 on 2007-12-15 at 16:33.]
In the domestic DCS market for the chemical industry, Zhejiang University Control Systems has a relatively larger share of business, while Hilscher also has a significant presence; both companies perform well in this industry.
Domestically: In the chemical industry, Zhejiang University Zhongkong is quite prominent, followed by HaliTech, and then Zhejiang University Zhongzi, which has only been established for less than 2 years.
The cabinets at Zhejiang University have a compact design; data sampling is relatively complex, while the control configuration is simple; The I/O capacity of Hilscher’s single chassis is not as large as that of Zhejiang University’s control systems; their card designs are more reasonable, offering greater versatility, though the configuration process is slightly more complex. Stability and reliability are similar, as are the control algorithms. Used to looking at myself.*
The main three companies are Zhejiang University Zhongkong, Beijing HollySys, and Shanghai Xinhua; our factory (a fertilizer enterprise) uses Zhongkong’s system, and we’re quite satisfied with it.
Zhejiang University Zhongkong focuses on the chemical industry, while HollySys focuses on the power sector.
HollySys is mainly used in the power industry; it is also used in the chemical industry, though Zhejiang University Control Systems has more applications in that sector. Our company uses HollySys in several of our plants – in the titanium dioxide plant, it is used for thermal power systems, while in the phosphating plant, Zhejiang University Control Systems’ systems are used on the production lines, and they are all operating very well
