Actually, the moderators are doing a good job in terms of awarding points; scores should be given reasonably, and they shouldn’t be assigned arbitrarily just to encourage members to post. Doing so would only lead to a decline in the quality of this forum section； As for the technical experts, I came to this section to look into membrane separation and adsorption, and I noticed two phenomena: 1) There aren’t many posts related to membranes (this might be because membranes are still a relatively new technology in China, with not many people working in this field; many other chemical engineering forums don’t even have a section dedicated to membranes). 2) Few people reply to the posts about membranes – it’s always the same few people who respond. This is related to the issue of technical experts mentioned earlier; if there were a few professional consultants who could provide relevant advice, it would likely help retain more people interested in membranes.
