Titanium tubes work well for the chlorine main pipes used in chlorine treatment, but the cost is too high. Our company uses UPVC pipes that are reinforced with fiberglass. The cathode is made of carbon steel pipes.
Using Dow 411 for the lining is sufficient; Dow 470 is more expensive. It’s better to ensure that the wall thickness is 4 mm, and in some cases it even needs to be 10 mm or more. The specific requirement depends on factors such as temperature, pressure, and the concentration of the medium. For the reinforcing resin, P65-901 is a good choice.
