Discussion on dehydration methods of heavy dirty oil

The heavy dirty oil in our factory is skimmed oil from the grate pool of the sewage treatment plant, mainly coking warm tower oil and large blowing oil. It has many heavy components and contains a lot of water. The main dehydration method now is to use the heating row in the dirty oil tank to heat up and dehydrate, but it is sometimes difficult. Is there any other better way?
Inject a certain amount of demulsifier as needed and see what the effect is?
We also have this problem, being dehydrated and unable to get rid of it. How do you deal with your heavy dirty oil? Which device does it go to for refining? Is there any other way?
1) Refining using coking venting system； 2) Enter the atmospheric and vacuum device for electrical desalination ； 3) Heating and vacuum dehydration.
I have recently developed an effective method for ultrasonic dehydration of dirty oil.
