Please discuss the differences between refinery engineers and senior engineers.
The job tasks vary, the scope of responsibilities differs, and the skill levels are also different. The key is accumulating experience, I guess! Make progress every day! ! Let’s all do our best!
Of course it’s different; it can’t be just a matter of length of service. There is certainly a difference in work experience, as well as a difference in skill level. With more engineers available, there are naturally far fewer senior engineers. The key is to put in one’s own effort
