Although the members of the technical team are subject to time constraints, it is important to improve their work performance within that limited time. To enable them to play an effective role in the forum, it is necessary to assign ranks to them. Ordinary members all have levels, but the classification of team members should be based on actual circumstances, with appropriate standards established. The specific criteria for recommendation are as follows: 1. Number of topic posts created; 2. Number of times assistance was provided in solving problems, with an emphasis on the technical complexity involved; 3. Number of ratings given; 4. Degree of participation in forum activities and the extent of contributions made; 5. Other factors. The levels can be divided into: Assistant Engineer in the Technical Team, Engineer in the Technical Team, Senior Engineer in the Technical Team, Chief Engineer in the Technical Team, etc. Members with good performance can have their tenure in the technical team extended. The technical team now has three levels: Team Member – Haichuan Engineer – Haichuan Instructor, which correspond to the concepts proposed by the original poster, namely Assistant Engineer, Engineer, and Senior Engineer. Use the in-site messaging to contact the cleaners or Friends of Haichuan, and clearly state your professional background. As far as I know, the team members have suspended approvals for now. If you have special skills, show them off – the forum won’t let go of any talent easily.
I really don’t understand why the original poster doesn’t join the technical team ? If grading really were done as you say, I think people would still prefer to level up like the original poster, as it’s more flexible.

If I join the technical group, there will be certain restrictions on posting and rating, and I prefer more freedom, so I don’t want to join.
I disagree; what’s the point of all those complicated procedures? Those in the technical team who are competent enough can simply be promoted to engineers

I support the original poster’s suggestion: on top of the existing technicians, a more detailed classification should be established based on their contributions to the forum!
