Last night, it was first noticed on the second floor of the water gas area; The leakage was severe (it seemed to be coming from the insulation layer of the tank). On the first floor, I saw occasional sparks falling from the west-side ash box on the second floor (I’m sure the explosion-proof cover of that ash box wasn’t damaged), and soon after that, an explosion occurred. Upon inspection, the explosion-proof cover of the gray box was damaged, a large piece of the insulation layer on the cylinder body had been torn away, and the surrounding instruments and cables were burned. Let’s all work together to analyze the reasons: where did Mars come from, and at which stage did it explode? This morning, I turned on the furnace again; I blew in some steam before starting it up, and it made a noise right away, but it wasn’t too serious. Then I wanted to take samples through a cycle process, and during each of those three cycles, it made a noise once. I don’t know what specific processes and equipment are involved; it’s hard to discuss this just on paper! I hope the original poster can describe the process in more detail! !

The situation description provided above seems a bit confusing; the leakage is occurring inside the overall insulation layer – it’s likely a leak in the pressure vessel. The leakage wouldn’t be as gentle as you describe. You mentioned it’s a 3.6-type water-coal slurry gasifier, so the gasification pressure should be quite high. You must be using a fixed-bed gasifier, right?
The downstream pipeline branch line and the purging pipe at the furnace bottom are blocked, the purging valve is damaged or has been closed, resulting in a blockage; please conduct a thorough inspection.
