May I ask what specific question the original poster would like to ask? It’s difficult to give an answer otherwise – there are many aspects related to the operation of the entire gasification system; which one in particular?
The German-style traditional gasification process involves coal grinding, gasification, and ash water treatment, and there are many problems in each of these stages! So your question is too broad; be more specific!
