If you were to take the lead in overseeing the preliminary stages, construction, staff training, and commissioning of a set of equipment, how would you ensure everything is done excellently! Well done! What qualities should an individual possess, and what matters should be taken into consideration? Could everyone please offer some guidance on how to work well with others? Experience is important, but is there any way to make up for a lack of experience? Please give your guidance!
If you are the overall supervisor, it is quite important to establish a secondary management team. Focusing on minor details while also addressing broader issues, and trying to handle everything personally, will lead to exhaustion. The responsibilities of this secondary team include administration (including contract management), procurement, construction, finance, technology, human resources, safety, and more; Develop a solid project plan and stick to it; you need to have a fundamental understanding of all relevant technical aspects – if you don’t know something, learn it as soon as possible. You also require strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively.
It seems to be a new director. Hehe. It mainly depends on the people you choose to help you solve problems, and on how you gain the trust of workers, technicians, and others. You should pay close attention to safety issues, and also maintain close relations with those in higher positions. The outcome will then determine whether everything goes well
Yesterday, my supervisor talked to me and asked me to take charge of the production preparation work. Although I have worked in corporate management positions for many years, production preparation – including staff recruitment, training, start-up plans, and the three key procedures – is indeed a crucial yet complex task. I’m not sure how to approach it; if anyone has any experience, please share it with me

I also wrote a project summary that covers preliminary preparations, the construction phase, commissioning, production preparation, training, etc.; I can’t find it right away, but I’ll send it to you once I locate it.
