Can the flue gas from used boilers be recycled?

At the refinery where I work, the high-temperature flue gas coming out of the reactors (around 370 degrees) is used to generate medium-pressure steam in a secondary boiler; however, the flue gas after it has been used is discharged directly into large chimneys for release. I think this is a waste, as energy is lost in this process. The temperature of that flue gas at that point is around 200 degrees. Could we discuss whether the heat contained in this flue gas at 200 degrees can be utilized? If possible, it would be best to list the methods!
Whether recovery is possible depends on a technical and economic comparison. Generally speaking, there is no need for recovery at 200 degrees.
It is necessary to examine the composition of the smoke gases, calculate the dew point, and check for any signs of corrosion. If the corrosion issue can be resolved, the material still has utility.

It basically has no value in terms of utilization. First, the equipment investment is not proportional to the output; the economic benefits are almost negative. Second, the general emission standards are around 200 degrees, and emissions are allowed as long as they reach this level.
