As the owner of the facility, participating in the review of drawings is a necessary and crucial process. However, how can we improve the quality of these reviews and avoid unnecessary detours? I would appreciate your guidance on this matter If you are involved in reviewing drawings, how do you conduct a thorough professional examination? As a manager of production facilities, how should one equip oneself?
You need to change your mindset: 1. Inviting colleagues to participate can achieve twice the result with half the effort. 2. Strengthen communication with the design unit to understand the design intent and avoid going in opposite directions. 3. Before reviewing drawings, learn from and exchange ideas with other companies to acquire a certain level of professional foundation.
