It is said that the refinery in Hainan has a processing capacity of 8 million tons per year, and its maintenance and repair work are carried out by specialized maintenance companies, with fairly good results. As for the operation, it’s about accumulating experience over time and striving to improve one’s skills! There are only 500 in Hainan!

Hainan Refining & Chemical is now a model for the entire oil refining industry in China; Qingdao’s plant has not yet started operations, nor has Huizhou’s, so at present only Hainan Refining & Chemical leads the way. In actual production, there are only a little over 340 of them. There are just over 80 people in one shift across the entire factory.
