We are engaged in the design work of small-scale technical transformation within the factory. We are doing the design ourselves. We would like to refer to the working methods of the design institute and set up a project team. Here, I would like to ask how the work procedures of the designers of the project team are carried out within the design institute, especially how the round trip of conditional drawings is carried out?

First of all, there must be a design manager. This person has engineering experience and knows a little bit about everything, but it is best to be a master of technology. Technology is the foundation and provides conditions for other majors such as equipment, civil engineering, piping, and electrical instrumentation. In addition to technology, there are also interface conditions between other majors, which requires the leaders of each major to cooperate with each other.
Your understanding has overlooked one thing: The personnel composition of the design institute is allocated according to majors ； The so-called project teams in the factory are arranged according to their rights.
