These reminders are intended solely to indicate that there is a need for improvement in management. Additionally: Some moderators will not receive reminders this time; due to consistent poor performance in management, if their performance remains unsatisfactory this month, they will no longer serve as moderators.
Our section isn’t very active yet, so there aren’t many management records either. However, where management is needed, we will still strive to improve it. I hope the leadership will understand and support this!
