Looking for a course design on the polypropylene rubber polymerization section!
It’s been quite some time now; I graduated in 2008 and I also worked in design
I’ve worked in this industry; the general process is still the same as before
Domestic manufacturers include Yanhua, Qilu Petrochemical, Dushanzi Petrochemical, Jinzhou Petrochemical, etc. Yanhua and Dushanzi Petrochemical are quite notable; they generally use five polymerization reactors, which are equipped with chilled water jackets. Butadiene and solvent oil are fed together, and the feeding temperature is adjusted in stages. The catalysts of the NI series usually consist of three components; Yanhua seems to have developed a fourth component to reduce gel formation, without the need for any terminator agents. In any case, the conversion rate of butadiene isn’t 100% anyway
