There is no need to use multiple oil injectors to supply oil to the shaft seals of multiple polymerization reactors; instead, one oil injection system can be used to supply oil to multiple such reactors. It would be best to enable the oil to circulate within the shaft seal; if possible, please explain this in detail. Thank you
What the original poster is doing makes no sense. 1. It is most reasonable to equip one reactor with an oil injector; if there is a problem with the injector, it will not affect the other polymerization reactors. 2. The lubricating oil already circulates within the shaft seal; there is merely a leakage issue, resulting in a small amount of oil returning to the oil tank. 3. It is possible to consider using several oil injectors in parallel, separated by needle valves; this way, if one injector malfunctions, it will not affect production. 4. The probability of damage to the oil injector is very low, but the probability of damage to the single-drop, single-plunger oil pump is higher.
