What are the operating conditions for hydrogen sulfide removal in a stripping tower (pressure, top temperature, bottom temperature)? Under what conditions will the bottom oil contain water?
Generally, the pressure in the hydrogen sulfide removal tower is controlled at 0.65–0.7 MPa; the top temperature is 140°C and the bottom temperature is 155°C. Water accumulation in the lower part of the tower is usually caused by low pressure/temperature of the stripping steam.
