Let’s talk about some skills used at work, or things you’re particularly proud of. Let’s share it together.
My summary is: dedication + perseverance. It’s a shame I didn’t manage to do it!
I haven’t graduated yet; I’m waiting to start working at a factory. I think hard work is key, along with good interpersonal skills~! :)
The most important thing at work is one’s mindset – one must be willing to give up. It’s about giving first in order to gain later. In my opinion, it’s necessary to think from a long-term perspective, while also being able to put oneself in others’ shoes.
I work in design, so I’ll share my perspective. The design process should start with standards and move to reality, then from reality back to standards, so that the content based on those standards can become your own.
I agree with what was said on the 5th floor. I’m also a designer, but I graduated just last year and have only been working in this field for half a year, haha!
1: Don’t be clever and lazy; in the long run, it will cost you more than it’s worth. 2: Remember that effort always yields rewards, it’s just a matter of time. When you envy or even resent someone else’s good luck, it can’t possibly be the result of their long-term efforts and perseverance. 3: Think more about things on your own before asking for help; seek assistance from others only when you can’t figure it out by yourself. Ask questions of quality rather than persistently asking everything.
It depends on the direction you choose to focus your efforts: if you want to learn about business operations, you need to be on site; if you want to learn about building relationships, you’ll need to put in some thought.
