I think it’s possible to set the rating to increase based on the number of downloads... Because if there’s a problem with the downloaded content, people will immediately point it out... A high number of downloads should in itself indicate the reliability of the material

This is a bit too forced. If ratings are required before downloading, then for some good attachments, wouldn’t there have to be hundreds of ratings attached to them? If it’s just to encourage people to upload, it would be better to link the number of downloads to automatic system rewards
