I would like to ask what the cost is for evaporative concentration treatment of one ton of wastewater?
The cost should be related to the treatment process used and the degree of pollution in the wastewater; in SBR treatment, it is approximately 5 to 10 yuan per ton.

According to Concentrated One Ton, if you use a single-effect evaporator, from the perspective of heat conservation, it is inevitable that one ton of water requires one ton of steam, at least in theory. A more cost-effective method is multi-effect evaporation; for example, if your wastewater requires six-effect crystallization based on its salt content, then in theory, one ton of steam can be used to treat six tons of wastewater – but that’s only in theory. Because steam is also produced in the last effect, and at the same time its temperature is lower, its density is smaller and its volume is larger; however, the latent heat of vaporization at this stage is greater than that in the previous effects, requiring a larger amount of cooling water. Currently, the cost of power steam is 130 yuan per ton. For a single-effect system, this cost is at least 130 yuan, without taking into account electricity costs or the amount of cooling water required. The amount of cooling water needed is quite large; if the temperature difference is 5 degrees, then approximately 100 tons of cooling water are required per ton of water, due to the law of heat conservation. If the efficiency factor is high, steam costs will decrease, but the cooling water volume remains essentially unchanged.
Our company uses a three-effect evaporation system; 1 ton of steam can be used to evaporate 4.7 tons of wastewater. The current price of steam is 150 yuan per ton. However, if the wastewater has a high salt content, it is very important to choose the right equipment.
For evaporation concentration, it is possible to calculate theoretically the amount of steam required; when using multi-effect evaporation with three or more effects, approximately 0.3 tons of steam are needed per ton of water. However, it is not practical to use single-effect evaporation, even though this would save on investment costs.

There is a new technology available these days called compressed evaporation; the cost of treating one ton of wastewater using this technology is less than 15 yuan, which is much cheaper than using multi-effect evaporators. This evaporator uses 80% less energy than traditional evaporators, while also reducing cooling water consumption by 90%. Design principle: This evaporator reuses the heat from the steam generated within it multiple times, thereby reducing the need for external heating/cooling resources. The compressor increases the pressure of the steam, which in turn raises its condensation temperature. This allows the heat contained in the steam to return to the evaporator, thereby generating more steam. As a result, the same amount of heat can be reused multiple times, improving thermal efficiency and reducing energy consumption. It also eliminates the need for external steam and boilers, saving energy and reducing pollution. This evaporator has the following advantages: 1. It saves energy, as the energy required to evaporate a volume of water is only one-sixth to one-fifth that of traditional evaporators. The operating cost is approximately 10 RMB per ton per hour. Measured against any international standard, this indicator is at the leading level, thanks to world-leading expertise in the field of evaporation. 2. A steam boiler is not required; as long as there is electricity, the evaporator can operate. Thus, emissions of CO2 and SO2 are reduced, making it clean and environmentally friendly. 3. Fully automated control, enabling automated operation of steps from filling, preheating, evaporation, cleaning to maintenance. 4. No cooling water is required; whereas traditional evaporators need 50 tons of cooling water to cool one ton of steam, this new type of energy-saving evaporator allows for significant savings in water resources. 5. It has a compact structure and occupies a small area, only one-tenth that of traditional evaporators. The space required for boilers, piping systems, and cooling towers in traditional evaporators has not yet been taken into account.
