Component drawings for couplings are also provided. Drawings for the mixing shaft and mixer are necessary, as well as drawings for the sealing devices. 2. Reducers prior to 2000: Selection of frame type; selection of coupling type, or provision of component drawings; drawings for the mixing shaft and mixer; drawings or selection for sealing devices. 3. Reducers after 2001: Selection of frame; selection of coupling; selection or design of mixing shafts and mixers; selection of sealing devices. 4. For the technical requirements regarding reducers, frames, couplings, stirring shafts and stirrers, as well as sealing devices after 2006, send an email to specialized manufacturers to obtain the technical specifications; then create a general layout by following those specifications – one general layout will suffice. Generally, I go with 4: I provide professional manufacturers with information such as the reducer model, mixing type, container diameter, material density, viscosity, and sealing type. Finally, just produce an assembly diagram according to the manufacturer’s specifications. :lol :handshake
Indeed, there are specialized fields of expertise. If someone who designs pressure vessels is also asked to design mixers and produce the related drawings, then they would be an all-round expert. :lol
We usually have others handle the mixing part, while we only deal with the container part – one diagram is sufficient for that. .
How should the connection between the two be handled? Isn’t it necessary to specify this in the drawings? What if it can’t be installed on site otherwise?
Our company also outsources the mixing systems; today’s manufacturers generally produce them in accordance with certain **standards**, and they provide the necessary installation dimensions as well. There have been virtually no problems at all.
