It’s still the issue of treating and reusing coking wastewater

Our company is planning to set up a coal coking project. Due to the high cost of fresh water, we are considering using recycled cooling wastewater (261 t/h, with solids content of about 650 mg/L) along with wastewater from coking processes that has been treated biologically (132 t/h, with a solids content of about 3000 mg/L) as supplementary water for desalination. We would like some advice on this matter； 1) Which water treatment companies (using reverse osmosis) can handle this? 2) Although the solid content in the coking wastewater after biochemical treatment is around 3000 mg/L, how much can be reduced through pretreatment and ultrafiltration?
This is probably a bit difficult; I do know of a few companies that are very good at treating and discharging coking wastewater. As for the technology of treating and reusing coking wastewater using RO, I have never heard of it. If it’s the recycled RO-treated circulating cooling water alone, there should be no problem; but with mixed wastewater, it’s hard to say. I’ll check again and get back to you once I have news.
