Please help everyone with a question: There is a DN100 flange cover with a DN40 pipe passing through it, and an opening needs to be made on it. How big of a hole should be made in the flange cover, and how to weld it to the end of the pipe?
Is the pipe extending in or is the nozzle welded on the flange mountain?
You can directly drill DN40 holes and then weld directly.
The diameter is 1m larger than the diameter of DN40, and a 45 degree x 5 bevel is made at the opening. Both sides of the flange must be beveled
