Well, those over 50 posts are probably all things like: good suggestions or measures, or discussions on the limitations of the forum. I think these posts containing such discussions and measures have played a significant role in promoting and developing the forum. Equality of opportunity allows every expert to express their own views, with fewer limitations imposed by professional constraints; therefore, more communication is only natural. Opportunities equally make the forum discussion section a mirror of Haichuan’s management. What this mirror reflects/refracts is not only the successes of HaiChuan, but also some of the shortcomings that have emerged over time in the development of the forum; therefore, the prosperity of the forum’s administrative area also represents the prosperity of HaiChuan. There are newbies in the chemical industry among them, as well as old friends from HaiChuan. Therefore, the management team at Haichuan should set a good example. Everyone can exchange ideas and discuss various issues, or learn in the technical section. What is important is happy communication and the improvement of thinking skills, as well as the development of qualities such as civility and a sense of responsibility in the work area, which in turn has a positive impact on other areas. The HaiChuan Chemical Forum has happy teachers as well as happy students.
