This was jointly compiled in 1991 by the Labor Bureau of Liaoning Province, the Chemical Industry Bureau of Liaoning Province, the Labor Bureau of Dalian City, and Dalian Chemical Industry Corporation, and was issued and implemented as a local standard of Liaoning Province (DB21‑463‑90). Does anyone have it? Could you please share it?
