Suggest increasing the charm of book-related materials by 30

If members can contribute a book for sharing, the appeal they would gain should be at least 30 or more. With 100,000 members, how many books can be published each year that can be shared on the forum? Please have the administrators and moderators consider it.

Uploading books deserves proper rewards, but 30 points is way too much. Rewards are necessary, but they should be appropriate
It’s impossible to be this unfair – by uploading a reference book, one can earn wealth equivalent to 50-100 points, or an equivalent amount of charm (at a ratio of 1:10). Articles are worth 15-50 points in terms of wealth. If it’s as the original poster said, then the points will get messed up. Our future development direction is to use communication and sharing as mere supplements

Many of the materials posted on the forum these days are of a general nature, and they were not posted in accordance with the forum’s rules. Initially, I planned not to assign any scores, but considering the impact this might have on everyone’s enthusiasm, I have simply lowered the scoring criteria. For truly good materials that meet the posting requirements, positive reviews will definitely be given, but the forum rules must also be followed.

I think uploading tool-related books should be rewarded generously. Receive a bit of wealth for every 10 pages, and a bit of charm for every 100 pages. For a book with a thousand pages, one can earn 100 points in wealth and 10 points in charm, which is quite good. In my opinion, 30 items of content is too much; this would encourage everyone to upload something, and there might be issues with the forum’s capacity as well. This would result in fewer and fewer people participating in discussions. A few books are enough. These days, it’s actually quite easy to obtain electronic books. I’ve visited several forums, and some of them have quite comprehensive collections of materials, along with good search functions – basically, everything one could possibly need is available there. However, after spending some time on such forums, I noticed that they weren’t very active, with few people discussing issues. After uploading a few useful books of my own, I saw no reason to visit those forums regularly anymore. To motivate people to upload more content, it would be possible to link ratings to the number of downloads and the size of the files. A rule could be established whereby, if the number of downloads exceeds a certain threshold, the person who uploaded the file can request extra points, and the administrators can then award additional rewards based on the size of the file. In my view, both having quality materials and facilitating communication are important

Additionally, the rewards can be increased depending on the number of downloads; at least half of the wealth deducted when others download the book should be used as a reward
It is difficult to reach a consensus on the evaluation of the data. Members judge the quality of books based more on their own needs, while moderators can only use universal criteria for scoring. If members believe that highly excellent material has not received a high score it deserves, they can contact the moderator via private message. What does the OP think?
Agree with the original poster! I hope the moderators will consider giving appropriate rewards, at least to the members who provide books! Everyone is working very hard. Also, wish the original poster a happy new year!
